The figure's simple form makes her visually interesting from any angle, which is one of Leslie's goals with all of her sculptures. Because of the way Freejet is wire-balanced, she has an interesting and natural-looking spin that Leslie enjoys. Freejet is painted with metallic black paint that looks dark silver in high light.
