I help brands launch or relaunch their social media channels, brand each channel appropriately, develop a playbook to guide interactions, set up a monitoring and analytics platform, create baseline reports, and train in-house staff to take over the company's daily social media monitoring, responses, escalations, measurement, and reporting.
I also weave content strategy from social media into other digital and traditional marketing channels and vice versa. The goal is to be as integrated as possible to create the greatest impact. Also, I follow the COPE philosophy, "Create Once, Publish Everywhere," as much as possible. This is more economical for clients and more impactful for consumers.
